Everytime I've tried to use it, I've hit one show stopper or another. The biggest issues were with Webkit and it was simpler just to write a script to do it myself. In that sense, this tool does more harm than good.
If you build Qt as simple dylibs with @rpath install names, it's completely unnecessary.
Also the fact that it bundles everything (because you don't know what plugins the app uses) is ridiculous. This my app. I *know* what plugins it uses.
