[Interest] Is Qt Library for OS X frameworks only?

I'm using it successfully since years... can't really say that it does any 
harm, but it does many good things in that it makes the application bundle 
self-contained! OK, I'm using the default framework approach, but it works 
nicely... and there are *no* problems with webkit!
