[Interest] Qt 5.2 winextras - QWinJumpList

I found two functions used in QWinJumpList which, according to MSDN, was
introduced in Windows XP SP2.

Dependency Walker (http://www.dependencywalker.com) might help you
pinpoint the source of the problem.
