[Interest] Is it possible to submit my Qt application for iOS to Apple App Store?

[Yang Fan]

Since my app was designed for Win8 Modern UI originally, it displays a
white background and all other simple texts/images as foreground. Then I
redesigned the UI, made it look more iOS native like.
