[Interest] slow slow slow debug with qt Creator & CDB MSVC 2015

    Thanks for your sugguestion, but I use local symbol cache only and
still suffer from this issue.
    In fact, if I don't set any breakpoint debug will start instantly, but
If I set a breakpoint it will be very very slow to start debug.
