You still have to tell IncrediBuild to start distribution of build 
commands. That's what the buildconsole / xgeconsole commands do.
Just calling nmake/jom doesn't distribute anything, which is easily 
observable by opening the IncrediBuild Build Monitor and watching the 
output.
