[Interest] Rebuilding cmake project (in Qt Creator) fails - build directories write-protected?

And just for the record: the same "MainWindow" app generated with QMake
compiles, links and runs like a charm , on both Windows and macOS ;)
(The generated compiler/linker commands differ quite a bit as well
between the CMake and the QMake generated variants).
