[PySide] bin folder

hi i was doing a tutorial and it said:

To view what you have created, run the QML Viewer tool (located in the
bin directory of your Qt installation) with your filename as the first
argument. For example, to run the provided completed Tutorial 1
example from the install location, you would type:

1. bin/qmlviewer tutorial1.qml


i cant find any bin folder, i ran a search also, nothing returned. Can
anyone help?
also where exactly does it want me to type that? the command line?
