[Qt-creator] Tab UI in Projects mode to TreeView

Hi Diana,

I'd take your first proposal in my first patch. Let's improve them
once Kits/Build/Run are integrated into the tree.
Can I use src/plugins/projectexplorer/images/build.png? Or do you want
to use your wrench key icon?
