[Qt-creator] Turn off scan for tests per project?

Hi Andy,

Currently there's nothing like a per project setting for the AutoTest plugin - but this definitely sounds like a valid request. Unfortunately this won't get into 4.10 anymore, but I'll put it on my todo list for 4.11

It's on GitHub, but in a private repo. You have to sign up with Epic separately before you can gain access:

   https://github.com/EpicGames/Signup

It's so they can have you "sign" a EULA/rights assignment for any modifications.
