[Qt-embedded-interest] How to embed QT-4

Hi Ashish

If you have QtE version 2 in your linux , then it means your linux 
flavour is little bit old and the version of gcc may be 3. The Qt-4 
needs latest gcc version. You download Qt -4 from troll tech, and follow 
the instructions to build it. To build Qt Embedded on your host you need 
a cross compiler to build it for your target. Also the version of your 
cross compiler tool chain also matters.
