[Qtwebengine] Touch scrolling with WebEngine?

Hi Herrie,
Interesting. May I ask what version of Qt you are using? I have tried
Qt5.4 and Qt5.5 here.

I would not expect going to 5.6 to make the difference, but maybe? In my
case I am using an Intel-based Linux desktop machine, though, so that's
different.
